High Chromium Cast Steel Rolls (HCS Rolls)

The main feature of HCS Rolls:

High Chromium cast steel rolls, with a content of 8-14%chromium and Mo, Ni, V and other alloy elements in the work layer, high-strength nodular cast iron in the core. After special heat treatment, such rolls have excellent properties under high temperature conditions. During the application in the Roughing stands of Hot Strip Mills, the oxide film on roll surface is compact and stable, showing excellent wear resistance, thermal cracking resistance, indentation resistance good biting properties.
