The application performance and benefit of HSS Rolls on rolling
mill:
HSS Rolls have excellent wear resistance, compare with
ordinary nodular cast rolls and ICDP Rolls, it have higher steel productivity
quantity in single groove(time), saving rolls substitution time,
enhance rolling mill efficiency, decrease rolls consumption, decline producing
cost, increasing firm’s comprehensive benefit. Steel productivity quantity in single groove is 3-5
times than ICDP rolls in normal. The table behind is the contrast of HSS Rolls
and SGA Rolls in bar rolling mill.
